Hardware Capabilities

SHPHE is equipped with industry-leading production facilities, including large-scale pressure machines, automated loading/unloading robots, fully automated arc and resistance welding lines, laser cutting and welding equipment, plasma welding systems and robotic welding stations.Our in-house thermal, material, and welding laboratories are fully equipped to support product development and testing requirements.

    Shanghai Heat Transfer

    Successfully developed special PHE skid for marine working conditions, which has been applied to the largest offshore oil & gas platform in the Bohai Sea.
  • 2024
    Successfully developed large scale HT- BLOC WPHE with 6.4 MPa design pressure and 410℃ design temperature
  • 2023
    Successfully developed acrylic acid overhead condensers with 7300m2 heat transfer area per unit
  • 2022
    Successfully developed, designed, and manufactured a pressure resistant 9.6MPa built-in plate heater for the stripping tower

    Participated in drafting the National Energy Industry Standard (NB/T 47004.2-2021) - Plate Heat Exchanger Part 2: Welded Plate Heat Exchanger

    Successfully developed plate air preheaters for natural gas hydrogen production, tail gas treatment, and other applications;The first domestically developed flue gas heat exchanger successfully applied to steam condensing boiler systems
